The Performance Marketing Specialist at Ripples Commerce in Silom is responsible for strategizing and managing online marketing campaigns across various channels.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Strategize and manage online marketing campaigns across all major online marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, and KOL) for clients across various categories.
• Optimize marketplace’s marketing tools such as Shopee Keyword Ads, Targeting Ads, Search Ads, Lazada Search ads, and Lazada Affiliate Marketing solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with brands and commercial teams to deliver the right solution and results.
• Increase the company’s marketing revenue by cross-selling or up-selling marketing solutions to clients.
• Create reports and provide necessary insights to internal and external teams.
• Lead new marketing initiatives and innovation to improve campaign performance and customer retention.
• Participate or lead in ad-hoc projects across functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and trends.
