หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ลงประกาศรับสมัครงานผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ
• สรรหาพนักงาน สัมภาษณ์งานเบื้องต้นทางโทรศัพท์
• ให้ข้อมูลแก่ผู้สมัครงานที่สอบถามเข้ามาผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ ทั้ง Line@, Facebook, E-mail
• จัดทำสัญญาจ้าง และเตรียมความพร้อมแก่พนักงานเข้าใหม่
• ตรวจสอบความครบถ้วนเอกสารของพนักงานใหม่ก่อนเริ่มงาน
• บันทึกข้อมูลและจัดทำรายงานในการสรรหา

คุณสมบัติ

ต้องมีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินงานด้านการสรรหาบุคคล
• สามารถสื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
• มีความรอบคอบและรอบคอบในการทำงานภายใต้กดดัน
• สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและเป็นบุคคลที่มีความรับผิดชอบ
