Lead the alternative protein and functional ingredient research, responsible for management of research activities, leadership for business projects, leading data analysis and research, and supporting insights generation.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Collaborating with R&D team to understand and align on research objectives for sustainable growth of plant-based food product
• Accountable for planning of the trials in pilot and/or industrial plants, as required
• Capturing knowledge: Developing & maintaining a knowledge management system
• Contributing creative ideas and solutions to research projects
คุณสมบัติ
• M.Sc./Ph.D. in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Engineering
• Professional experience in food product development & process scale-up
• Excellent understanding of food science or food chemistry and biology
• Strong analytical skills, decision-making, organizational skills, communication skills
• Ability to work in a scientific food-biotech environment with tight deadlines
