The RD Deployment Manager at Mahachai factory is responsible for executing technical requirements on Product Development and Deploy activities, coordinating project deliverables, providing technical support, and ensuring product performance and quality.

• Execution of technical requirements on Product Development and Deploy activities in support for Alternative Protein and Plant Based BU: New Products, New process, Innovation, 5S/Saving and Supply Chain Support.
• Accurate recording of Scientific Data/ Characterization tests from experimentation in Main Plant or production trials.
• Coordinate project deliverables and assignments within the R&D functions such process, packaging and appraisal team and Supply Chain functions.
• On time delivery of NPD projects, improvement initiatives and business-support.
• Lead the standardization of product evaluation and ensure product performance and quality be maintained according specification.
• Provide technical supports for Alternative Protein and Plant Based product portfolio (e.g. competitor monitoring, manage risk, claims and legal compliance accordingly to local and regional requirements).

• Bachelor's degree in science/Engineering with chemistry background or equivalent experience in the field of science.
• Experienced in R&D type of work with fundamental knowledge on formulation, raw materials, product, process or packaging, especially technical execution and implementation.
• Experienced or background on manufacturing Quality and food safety management system.
• Project management and working with large team networks from cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience in Laboratory operations and Factory manufacturing set-ups.
