The Human Capital Officer will be responsible for analyzing benefits and compensation trends, conducting analytics and reporting, and implementing data actions.

• Analytics and reporting, issuing periodic reports related to HR KPIs
• Calculates, reviews, completes data input, and implements daily, individual, salary and data actions

• Fresh graduate from Bachelor degree in finance accounting, min. GPA 3.30 or min. 1 year work experience
• Excellent ini Microsoft Excel, data processing
• Have interest in software programming is a plus
• Have a strong analytical thinking and also have a good people skills
• Fluent in English
