The objectives of the environmental and social works are to successfully implement and achieve the ultimate goal of sustainable power project operation.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Liaise and Coordination with all relevant authorities and interest parties on the project environmental matters of concerns.
• Preparation of the progress report on the project's environmental and social works as required under the conditions of CA
• Conduct the environmental monitoring; (a) baseline monitoring (b) compliance monitoring and (C) to assess the effectiveness of the environmental facilities and technologies to mitigate and reduce impacts.
• Establish the environmental management system (EMS) according to ISO 14000 and to obtain the certification of ISO 14000.
• Preparation the detail scope of work with estimated budget for obtaining an out-source services for the project`s environmental and social works when necessary (in case no capacity of the inhouse staff). Searching and selection of the qualified experts or firms to carry out the required environmental and social work.
• Monitor and coordinate with the experts of the outsource service or consulting firm to ensure the quality of work and schedule are appropriately conducted.
• Continue the coordination with local environmental and social committees to implement the EMMP throughout the operation of the power plant period.
• Maintain and ensure that all requirements of environmental and social works associated with the project during the operation period are properly undertaken.
• Preparation, revision or updating the project information dissemination materials in compliance with the information disclosure requirements (Fact Sheet, Brochure, Webpage).
• Performing other duties assigned by supervisor.
