The Receptionist/Office Administrator position at CNH Industrial in Bangkok requires excellent English communication skills and offers the opportunity to work in a global capital goods company specializing in Agriculture and Construction.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Act as first point of contact for employees and external visitors in a friendly manner
• Answer telephone, relay telephone calls, screen and handle appropriately
• Handle all courier service such as Thai post and DHL
• Receive and distribute all incoming documents to employees
• Receive invoices for facilities expense and accurately key in system for accounting process
• Ensure all office supplies are always available including stationery, pantry supplies, and medicines
• Facilitate visa and work permit process for foreign employees
• Support company activities arrangement such as birthday party, social event, town hall, team building activities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to Management Team such as meeting arrangement, agenda/calendar management, travel and expense reimbursement

• Recent graduate in any field with excellent English communication
• Excellent organizational skill with meticulous attention to detail
• Outgoing, friendly and spontaneous personality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
• A keen interest in working across diverse professional, cultural and language backgrounds
