Responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards, resolving quality issues, and supporting new product introductions.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage all quality-related issues within the manufacturing team (e.g. internal, supplier, customer, and customer warranty)
• Manage and coordinate customer claim, customer problem solving on time, cost recovery, customer warranty and customer quality audits
• Identify root cause and instigate permanent corrective actions for product quality issues
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues efficiently
• Ensure control plans and associated documentation are implemented effectively and maintained
• Stop production in the event of manufacture of unacceptable goods/processes
คุณสมบัติ
• Knowledge of quality systems
• Prior experience as a quality manager in a production processing environment
• Familiar with company and industry quality standards and processes
• Strong Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA requirements
• Strong knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA)
