The Senior Process Engineer/ Process Engineer will report to the Process Engineering Manager and work closely with product development, production, and quality to ensure product and process stability.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Support the new project launch and continuous process improvements
• Lead/support problem-solving processes to achieve quality targets
• Support to set up and implement standardization in the process
• Lead the PFMEA team to assess potential failure modes and take actions to improve RPN
• Support to drive continuous improvement/kaizen culture and activity, including cost reduction projects
• Support LEAN implementation and actively participate in workshop activities to generate Lean improvement projects

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Production/Manufacturing Engineering) or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Process Engineering
• Knowledge/experience in Lean/Six Sigma will be an advantage
• Knowledge in PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, DOE
• Good command of English
