Colgate-Palmolive Company is seeking a Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager to shape a brand's journey and make a tangible impact.

• Develop and implement brand strategies that sync with company goals
• Collaborate with the commercial team to spot opportunities and implement plans
• Lead the creation of a brand communication plan
• Work closely with the media team and external agencies
• Partner with research, innovation, and cross-functional teams
• Drive effective Go-To-Market strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in brand and product management
• Experience in collaborating with agencies and executing marketing campaigns
• Strong communication skills in English and Thai
• Creative mindset informed by data and analytics tools
