Responsible for managing assigned subcategory/brand at the hub level to achieve market share and financial objectives.

• Leads integration of countries and other functions needs and confirming details of commercial activity plans.
• Cooperates with Division Category teams to finalize programs.
• Develops Brand Growth Plan and implements commercial plans.
• Leads development of Brand Growth Plan and marketing strategies.
• Coordinates implementation of sub-category & brand strategies.
• Leads/develops and communicates media strategy guidelines.
