We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Team Leader to join our team!

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Accountable for the quality and efficiency of the production department, and its ability to deliver high levels of service to internal and external customers
• Lead the people, materials and equipment to deliver maintenance performance objectives, as measured by plant metrics
• Manage Production (Managing the process of converting raw materials into finished goods)
• Manage Materials and Services (Understands the relationship that operations, planning, logistics and manufacturing processes have on material and conversion costs and utilization in the area)
• Continuous Improvement: (Conducts Continuous Improvement Reviews to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement)
• Operational Excellence Leadership-(Demonstrating the leadership values inherent in our EOHS, Quality and FP&R principles and systems)

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or related fields
• Experience in Manufacturing environment will be advantaged
• At least 1 year for Quality Systems
• Can work in shift
• Good command of English Communication (both writing and speaking)
