The Sales Operation Manager will lead the development of sales plans, monitor sales performance, and support distributors.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Lead the development of the sales plans & forecasts, monitor sales performance and ensure the delivery of the sales plans with the distributors.
• Review monthly sales forecast to ensure it is in line with the activities and if needed to develop the close gap plans.
• Manage NPD launch execution guidelines, sales pipelines and promotional skus by allocating quota by distributor.
• Work closely with the distributors' Sales Team to support the engagement with distributors and key customers.
• Work with the cross-functional support teams internally to support the business via distributors ie. Customer Service & Logistics, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Shopper Development and Finance.
• Provide sales support and guidance to the team, including training on sales tools, processes, and techniques.
• Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data (sell in, sell out, inventory report), including distributor contracts.
• Stay informed about sales best practices, new technologies, and industry developments, and make recommendations for their implementation.
• Design/drive superior in-store visibility programs to be executed via the distributors' field teams.
• Set volume drive, distribution & promotional program guidelines to be implemented across all customers and channels.
• Manage all distributors’ claims, issue credit notes for all activities related to distributors.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and techniques.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
