This entry-level professional serves as a Facilitator to equip and strengthen the capacity and ownership of Satellite Unit churches implementing HCD program to disciple CBB holistically to achieve the set outcomes.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Nurturing relationships with Satellite Unit churches characterized by mutual respect, trust, and service
• Providing mentorship support in Partnership and Beneficiary Lifecycle Management
• Building the capacity of the Satellite Unit churches through Partner Development and Learning
• Helping the churches reach church outcomes
• Assisting with facilitating church partners for assigned location
• Working under the guidance of the Manager of Partnership and experienced PF

คุณสมบัติ

• Member of a local church passionate about serving local churches and children's ministry
• Five years of experience working at Thai-Myanmar border-based NGO/INGO
• Knowledge and understanding of the Thai-Burma border context, local church setting beyond the border, and community and social issues
• Excellent facilitation, communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
