The Process Engineer (Final Finish) is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, stability, and quality of production processes in the tire manufacturing industry.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Issue procedures and work instructions, ensure implementation of measures, and maintain controls
• Raise awareness, ensure regular ESH training and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
• Develop, define and set-up process parameters within boundary conditions to ensure that product specifications are met
• Recipe Management: Inserting of recipes into equipment, maintaining and optimisation of recipes, documenting of recipes
• Creation of process related documentation, performance reports, book of requirements, guidelines, work-instructions, process spefications
• Drive continous process improvement (efficiency, stability)

คุณสมบัติ

• 5 years expreinece in Tire Manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years experience in Process Engineer or relevant area Mixing to Final Finishing or Automotive Industry Business
• Project management knowledge
• Strong knowledge in Product & Process Development methodology, procedures & practices
• Knowledge of FMEA & Process Control, Problem Solving Techniques (e.g. FMEA, 5 Why, A3, Cause/Effect)
