The Raw Material Purchaser is responsible for ensuring the implementation of measures, maintaining controls, and managing supplier relationships.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls
• Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties
• Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards
• Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others
• Key user for SAP-MM / RMDP / EDI and TTKF
• Ensure all supplier information update at all in respective SAP
• Create and update RM Budget forecast to secure RM Availability on monthly basis
• Plan delivery from Local or Oversea suppliers according to plant requirements, ensuring alignment with defined CUD target
• Create purchase order base on plant requirements
• Track & Follow up recipe of order confirmation and advanced shipping notes
• Steer RM deliveries in accordance with plant demand
• Troubleshooting to ensure right RM on hand at all times
• Coordinate all related departments for RM change of introductions
• Regular contact with relevant partners to recognize developments (In Market, Demand), Etc. and exert influence accordingly
• Create computer based reports as per management request
• Supplier relationship management to ensure right understanding of supply chain challenges and plant requirements form our partners
• Provide annual supplier evaluation via central platform
• Interdisciplinary working group/project work to inform oneself, exert influence and optimize internal processes and procedures
• Communication frequently to relevant corporate functions

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachalor or Master degree of Business, Logistics or related filed
• Preferably 1 - 3 years in logistic or Supply Chain Management and Knowledge of planning tools
• Minimum 3 years purchasing experience in relevant industry will be a plus
• Knowledges in SAP system and Microsoft Office
• Project management as a plus
• Communicating effectively and working under time pressure
• Good command in English
