Position for Urgent Electrical Engineering Manager (CP Retailing)

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Conduct on-site inspections and check the work of technicians, both PM/CM
• Analyze recurring repair problems, complaints, and summarize various area-specific data to present results to management
• Act as Project Owner for engineering projects for relevant departments
• Support various company productivity improvement activities such as 7S, Safety, etc.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to reduce work-related issues
• Solve problems, analyze tasks comprehensively to achieve set goals
• Develop technical work, analyze business deeply by incorporating diverse technologies to help develop the team
• Set guidelines to elevate service quality
• Other related tasks as assigned

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in Thai language
