The Manager - Asset Control in Ayutthaya will be responsible for controlling unit load device assets, monitoring labor requirements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the function.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Collaborate with supply chain and commercial teams to develop labor demand forecasts• Propose permanent and agency requirements for each area based on forecast and historical data• Carry out detailed asset planning and monitor asset usage, inventory balances, and damages• Provide input to operations management team for decision making in asset management• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and innovation within the function• Set, monitor, and administer appropriate KPIs for site ULD assets and asset control team members

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred• Minimum 15 years of asset management experience, with 5 years at a management level• Proficient in warehouse management and asset control systems• Results-driven, numerate, and financially astute• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
