The Manager - DC Operation in Ayutthaya will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of up to 400 staff with a focus on Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Costs, and Continuous Improvement.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Develop, manage and coach a team of section managers and supervisors to deliver above target results in key areas• Lead a team of up to 400 staff in the order fulfillment cycle from Goods Receipt/Inbound to Dispatch• Coach and engage the team to ensure they perform to an acceptable standard and comply with quality, hygiene, and safety standards• Lead Continuous Improvement activities to improve performance in all areas• Promote and ensure a consistent approach to people policies and procedures• Take over responsibilities of the direct manager when needed
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Production, Manufacturing, Engineering, Warehouse and Logistics or related discipline• Minimum 10 years of experience in a DC or warehouse, with 5 years at a management level• Leading a team greater than 100 staff in a fast-moving, high volume environment• Excellent leadership skills, results-driven, communicative, and financially astute• Passion for continuous improvement and high level of customer orientation• Proven analytical, problem solving, and project management skills• Good Command of English and PC Literate• Able to work flexible hours with a positive attitude• Enjoy working as part of a committed, flexible team
