The position is for an Employer Branding and University Partnership Team Lead at a senior/manager level.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage complex projects and activities with both internal and external stakeholders/institutes to support company's employer branding and recruiting strategy
• Strategize and build the company’s professional network through relationships with professors, university officers and government agencies, to create deep relationship and implement sourcing method comprehensively, rapidly and effectively.
• Responsible for the recruitment and implementation of CPF’s Intern Camp.
• Responsible for stakeholders and team to ensure timely execution of recruitment projects;
• Employer Branding, Open House, Mass Recruitment, Internship & University Partnership program, key stakeholders have sufficient support and guidance to ensure each project is a success.

• Experiences in Human Resources, Organization Development, Project management, Transformation or/and Consulting Advisory
• Intensive experience in HRM HRD and HR solution development or/and change management
• Project management experiences and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Enjoy working in an agile and collaborative environment
