The Senior Products Development Manager / Deputy Director is responsible for driving growth, efficiency, and quality through leading product development process and Technology programs.

• Lead R&D activities within Innovation and Renovation projects execution for Drink/Aseptic
• Initiate R&D innovation resulting in new products to support marketing program/promotion
• Lead new product development projects from concept to full launch
• Collaborate and lead cross functional team to reach project objectives
• Apply food science knowledge in ingredient functionality and process technology
• Monitor and follow up performance of new products launched

คุณสมบัติ

• Experience in food innovation or new product development plus solid marketing knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Food Science, Technology, Food Engineering, or related technical fields
• Passionate for Food Development
• Strong knowledge of product development from bench top to full scale production
• Demonstrated excellence in project management and capability to lead cross functional projects
