The Talent Acquisition Professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, building candidate pools, promoting employer branding, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Manage end to end recruitment activities as per CPF's Group recruitment process.
• Manage and build the candidates pool by identifying & utilizing various recruitment channels.
• Provide recruitment for all positions by Business Unit.
• Work closely with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partners.
• Promoting the Employer Branding.
• Compile and manage data & reporting of recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
คุณสมบัติ
• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years working experiences in recruiting.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Communicative in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
