The Piping Stress Engineer is responsible for reviewing technical documentation, defining stress lists, issuing analysis specifications, and providing technical support to project groups.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Reviews the client technical documentation and all relevant regulation, standard codes.
• Responsible for arranging piping support design work notices according to project requirement and relevant regulations, as well as distributing to relevant personnel for utilization.
• Defines the piping stress list for deliverables, time schedule and controls Piping stress activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Issues project Piping stress analysis specification, Pipe stress critical line list and other deliverables during the execution phase, and perform preliminary stress analysis of the piping system.
• Perform procurement work for piping stress items and or services such as spring support, expansion joints. slide plate, vibration, surge analysis etc.
• Coordinating with other engineering and design discipline team member.
• Communicating change orders and executing change management processes.
• Provides technical support to project group.
• Carry out the obligation of checking or approval Piping stress deliverables.
• Assist in the development of standard, manual, and work process.
คุณสมบัติ
• Proficient in the use of Pipe Stress Analysis software such as CAESAR II and Autopipe.
• 5+ years experiences Mechanical Engineer, design of Piping Stress work such as Pipe support Design, Pipe Stress Analysis Equipment Load Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace.
• Detailed knowledge of piping and pipe support both design and calculation. Preferably in Powerplant Large industrial facilities or Petrochemical Plant is advantage.
• Good in Microsoft Office.
