หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Monitoring employee engagement level through the engagement tools and designing interventions to support teams across the business to meet engagement targets.
• Supporting Business managers through change initiatives to ensure the concerns of colleagues are addressed and they feel fully supported.
• Ensuring organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees.
• Working with other functions in People team to plan for a variety of internal communications mediums.
• Handling the internal communication response to crisis situations which affect organizational perception and reputation.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
• Experienced in engagement, performance management (Strong points).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review data and draw conclusions and provide insight and business focused recommendations.
• Good interpersonal, communication, problem solving and data analytical skills.
• Capability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively to all employees at all levels of the organization.
