The Market Claim Engineer (QC Group) position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, knowledge of Air conditioning or Quality, good communication skills, and proficiency in English.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Cooperate and communicate with affiliates service to gather necessary information via E-Mail, Telephone calling, and Actual site investigation. • Conduct root cause analysis by Defective parts investigate (Physical and Chemical analysis) together with carry out Products simulation test and Utilize QC Seven-Tools. • Organize quality meeting by Face to face with affiliates service at Domestic and Oversea country. • To be a leader to conduct root cause analysis for 'Device issue' claim from affiliates.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majored in Electrical, Mechanical or any related field. • Knowledge of Air conditioning or Quality is an advantage. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Good command of English both written and spoken. (TOEIC 550+ will be an advantage).
