The R&D Engineer (Development Structure) is responsible for making drawings, evaluating and analyzing data, communicating between departments, presenting new projects, preparing parts and trial prototype units, evaluating problems and countermeasures, cooperating with the test team, and considering test conditions.

• PREPARE PARTS AND TRIAL PROTOTYPE UNIT FOR NEW MODEL
• EVALUATION PROBLEM AND COUNTERMEASURE IDEA
• CO-OPERATION BETWEEN THE TEST TEAM
• CONSIDERING TEST CONDITIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer
• Welcome new graduates or experience of fewer than 2 Yrs.
• Understand cost and price structure, feasibility model, sales forecast, and so on.
• Trustworthy, Have Passion, Teamwork
• Good at English skill
