The Senior Production Planner is a critical role in the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Demand Analysis and Communication: Analyze customer demand, enter data into systems, and coordinate with the materials team on order fluctuations.
• MRP Management: Review and analyze MRP planning data, ensuring the accuracy of loading and cumulative requirements.
• Production Planning & Oversight: Develop production plans and timelines aligned with specifications while determining resource requirements based on capacity.
• Workflow & Scheduling: Plan and schedule production workflows to ensure timely delivery. Monitor progress, identify delays, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve production issues, escalating critical problems to management. Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation.
• Customer Communication: Keep customers updated on any delays or outages.

• New Product Support: Assist in new product development and enhancement processes.
• System Setup: Manage and configure item planning parameters within relevant systems.
• Team Support & Development: Conduct daily production tracking, assist with training, participate in performance evaluations, and lead physical inventory counts.
• Flexibility: Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Assistant Materials Manager.
