Field test engineer position focused on the sale of equipment networking solutions to support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in factory.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Understand engineering specification documents/equipment test plans
• Go to customer factory to conduct IoT testing with the equipment manufacturer and submit a test report
• IoT system maintenance and operation, including: system installation/user operation education and training/basic problem troubleshooting/operation log query
• Communicate and coordinate with equipment maker, customer and internal team to ensure the IOT system test process smoothly.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to maintain a competitive advantage.
• The other task assigned by the manager

คุณสมบัติ

• Master or bachelor in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Automation or related automation major
• Proven experience in technical engineer, test engineer or a similar role, preferably in the factory automation industry.
• In-depth understanding of factory automation technologies, including VFD, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, power quality, EMS and sensors.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, Modbus, and Ethernet/IP) and programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, C++, Python) is advantageous.
• Strong technical communication, coordination, negotiation and influencing skill with customers, good customer service awareness and high business behavior and processing ability to close deals effectively
