The Failure Analysis Engineer will be responsible for assisting in the design of augmented machinery, ensuring smooth production, identifying and solving design or component related problems, and examining abnormal packaging structures of electronic components.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Assisting/executing the design of augmented machinery.
• Providing feedback and correction on rejected units due to electrical problems.
• Working with other supporting departments.
• Interfacing and communicating with design center on product or design related issues.
• Identifying design or component related problems during production and providing appropriate solutions.
• Examining abnormal packaging structure of electronic components (X ray and ultrasonic-SAM).
• Performing difficult analysis operations and precision equipment operations.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• 1-3 years experiences in electronics industry.
• Knowledge about switch mode power supply circuit and operation.
• Familiarity with the operation of SEM, SAM, and X ray; Chemical Decap; Slice grinding.
• Good command of English both spoken and written.
