The HRIS Sr. Officer will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing HRIS software and systems to streamline HR processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS software, ensuring data integrity, security, and system functionality. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users regarding HRIS-related inquiries and issues. • Manage employee data within the HRIS, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and other personnel changes. • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system automation and integration with other business systems. • Develop training materials and resources to educate HR staff and end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and data entry standards. • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal data security policies in the management of HRIS data.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience (5 years) working with HRIS software, such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems. • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. • Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
