The Key Account Sales Executive in Bangpoo is responsible for managing sales orders, analyzing sales data, maintaining customer relationships, handling returns and claims, monitoring shipments, and coordinating internally.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Sales Order Management: Responsible for managing all sales orders efficiently to ensure maximum performance in delivery areas.
• Sales Data Analysis: Prepare sales data and generate related reports to track and analyze sales performance.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and addressing customer needs effectively.
• Returns and Claims Handling: Manage goods return processes and handle claims from customers in a professional and timely manner.
• Shipment Monitoring: Monitor shipment statuses and oversee the delivery process to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries.
• Internal Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer support to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
คุณสมบัติ
• Language Proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or IELTS score of 6 and above to ensure effective communication with international clients.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in sales or marketing positions, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales processes and customer management.
• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems for streamlined order management and data tracking.
• Microsoft Office Skills: Fluent use of Excel for data analysis and reporting, as well as proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint.
• Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, especially for engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and markets.
