• Assess and enhance technological processes to boost efficiency.
• Oversee the upkeep, fixing, and upgrading of manufacturing tools.
• Design and establish novel production technologies and machinery.
• Organize and optimize factory layouts for improved workflow.
• Conduct training sessions to pass on specialized production knowledge.
• Lead the coordination and execution of various industrial projects.

• Bachelor's in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; certification preferred.
• Skilled in test data analysis, AutoCAD, and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledgeable in Seven IE methods.
• Fluent in English.
