The Mechanical Engineering Section Head - Automotive in Bangpoo will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, spare parts and fixture design, machine breakdown control, budget monitoring, and manpower allocation.

• Ensure that good 6S and Preventive Maintenance are maintained.
• Ensure and control machine break down.
• Monitor and control the budget and stock of spare parts.
• Ensure the manpower allocation across the department is balanced according to workload requirements.
• Work closely with the project management, production, QA, IE and test department to ensure daily production / quality meet target.
• Guide the engineers in their daily tasks and ensure appropriate responses.

คุณสมบัติ

• Experience of greater than 10 years automotive or mechanical engineering field.
• Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronic, Manufacturing, electrical, Electronic or Industrials Engineering.
• IATF16949, VDA 6.3, IPC.
• Experience in automotive or electronic manufacturing in maintenance and automation of parts preparing, soldering and assemble.
• Fluent in English communication skills.
