Responsible for supporting users on day-to-day shop floor application (MES&PQM) and problem solving related to MES. Lead system rollout and training key users.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Responsible for support users on day-to-day shop floor application (MES&PQM)
• Analysis and problem solving related to MES
• Coordinator and interactive each other with users, Infrastructure team , Database team , Application team
• Lead of system rollout ,Training Key User
• Handle the MES issue which key user can’t solve
• Provide new requirement and issue (which can’t solve by themselves)to CN IT or Corp IT
• Authorized to the key user
• Support UAT with key user
• Responsible for all functions that is assigned by supervisor and CIO

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field
• Know JavaScript and JQuery, know AJAX、JSON and other Technology is an advantage
• Fair in command of English and good communication skill, Chinese is an advantage
• Good analytical skill and problem solving skill
• Experience at least 2 years in Shop floor process
• Basis knowledge for infrastructure and Oracle database
• Experience for Project management
• Strong Analysis / investigate skills
• Excellent service mind with outstanding professionalism, and communication skills
• Good self-study and self-solving ability
