The SQM Manager in Bangpoo is responsible for reviewing and approving new parts, managing the SQE organization, providing consultation to suppliers, and ensuring quality issues are addressed.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Review and approve new parts and changing system of suppliers' PPAP.
• Manage the SQE organization and educate and train SQE personnel.
• Manage suppliers audit plan to develop supplier with meet to supplier's management objective.
• Provide consultant to suppliers on PPAP requirement.
• Follow up and assist suppliers to complete and improve quality issue such as 8-D.
• Communicate with IQC, QA, Engineering and Production on quality of incoming parts.
• Educate supplier's person to understand FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.
• Communicate with suppliers on customer requirement and satisfaction.
• Cooperate with CE on PPAP completion for part approval.
• Generate and/or review the IMDS for submitting to customer via EDS system included activities.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial.
• Good command in English communication.
• At least 5 years in Quality Control in Electronics manufacturing.
• Minimum 3 years in management level.
• Have good background in statistical such as SPC, sampling plan, QC tools, FMEA, MSA, DOE.
