The Engineering Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing engineering goals and action plans to meet department strategic objectives.

• Plans and coordinates short and long term manpower needs to support department goals.
• Develops and implements Engineering goals and action plans to meet department strategic objectives including Safety, Machine Productivity, Machine Capability, BOM, Cycle time, Scrap and Rework.
• Directs development of PFMEA and SFMEA for all products/processes.
• Participates in review and major safety incidents for determination of containment, root cause and corrective action.
• Leads Manufacturing Engineers in determining containment, root cause and corrective action for product failures.
• Contributes to Advanced Quality Planning and Design Reviews for new products and processes.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineer or any related field.
• Must have strong speaking, reading, and writing English skills.
• Minimum 5 years engineering management experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ Experience with automated assembly equipment and maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
