The AP Supervisor oversees PTP & T&E expense reimbursement and treasury activities for Thailand entity.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Prepare the bank reconciliation, manage all treasury activities, including cash forecast
• Managing the entire the AP activities, including invoice matching and payment processing.
• Managing the entire the T&E activities
• Participate month-end-closing, prepare AP and treasury related JEs and monitor IC reconciliations
• Monitor internal controls in PTP and treasury area to minimize risks and protect assets, ensure accuracy of records, promote operational efficiency, and ensure the adherence to policies, rules, regulations, and laws.
• Provide brief and coaching to subordinates

คุณสมบัติ

• Experience in overseeing PTP & T&E expense reimbursement and treasury activities
• Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and treasury management
• Knowledge of AP activities, invoice matching, and payment processing
• Familiarity with month-end-closing procedures and JE preparation
• Ability to monitor internal controls and ensure adherence to policies and regulations
