Production Supervisor-Cleanroom responsible for supervising department operations, monitoring production processes, and ensuring compliance with production standards.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Supervise Department operation and delegate tasks to team members.
• Monitor and supervise production process to production plan and coordinate with related processes.
• Analyze, diagnose, and improve production process in cooperation with Quality Department and Process Engineer.
• Ensure production order specifications comply with production standards or customer orders.
• Participate in CIP and 5S activities.
• Establish and keep updated work instructions in the production line.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar.
• 3-5 years of experience in Clean Room Operation/management.
• Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience in shopfloor management, manpower management, and skills development.
• Knowledge of SAP or ERP applications and ISO9001:2015.
