The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing finishing operations and ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

• Respond to finishing operation's requests.
• Develop a clear understanding of finishing operation's needs.
• Supervise production employees.
• Track and Report all Overtime and Downtime.
• Control department cost and efficiency.
• Maintain housekeeping and shop floor organization layout good 5S.
• Monitor all production processes and control charts.
• Assess employee's skills and training requirements.
• Ensure product quality.
• Responsibility for Finishing PSR.
• Enforce company policies and plant rules.
• Maintain safety standards and training.
คุณสมบัติ
• University graduates, majoring in leather making, Industrial Science, Chemistry and Industrial Engineer is preferred.
• 3 years or above work experience in manufacture as a supervisor in related field.
• Familiar with the practices and the procedures in this or a related field.
• Must be able to manipulate small objects.
• Fluent English both speak and written.
• Must be able to read reports and use computers, Computer Literacy.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external people.
