The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the launch of new models, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining program profitability within defined financial targets.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Kick off APQP workbook, update and following the APQP key dates, open issues deck, program status sheet and program launch plans for launching new models, assign task plan and key date for engineering changes and transfer programs.
• Working with launch manager and ensuring complete customer satisfaction by hitting all customer deliverable dates and products quality targets; Ensuring program profitability; and launching new programs within defined financial targets.
• Keep close communication with internal team, responsible for tracking, coordinating and assuring customer satisfaction. Ensure that customer requirements are clearly understood and communicated throughout the organization.
• Ensure PPAP submission to customer with timely manner.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor of science in the Industrial or Manufacturing management
• Requires a minimum of 3 years experience related to automotive industry
• Be familiar with automotive industry quality and supplier validation system such as PPAP, APQP
• Well organized person and able to work with less supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
