The Online Lead will be responsible for maximizing online sales across brand.com platforms.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• ELC online strategic execution and drive eCommerce performance both sales and Online KPIs
• Lead the brand online team to establish omnichannel calendars by maximizing the brand marketing calendar through leveraging eCommerce occasions across online platforms
• Reinforce the utilization of online functions / communication for high-touch service experience
• Track market share performance and interpret into strategic actions
• Drives best in class Online channel activation, in partnership with Brand Online team and Brand team
• Online P&L management, ensure PL efficiency and deliver NOP as planned, alignment number with Commercial and brand team Define Opportunity and risk of overall online performance
• Work with brand and EM&D for unity media planning and best-in-class online experience
• Develop Quarterly Business Review
• Coaching and Develop online cluster team, provide ongoing strategic direction and support for brand online managers
• Support Omni project include but not limited to Adobe Campaign / Online Loyalty Programs
• Work with Online Tech team to track UX/UI performance and optimize the website
• Align overall building block and calendar with DP/ Online Operation to ensure the delivery of SLA and sufficient stock
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the company.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ E-commerce/ Business majors (some online media study would be an advantage)
• At least 8 years experiences in E-commerce or merchandising
• At least 3 years experiences in people management
• Ability to multi-task on multiple projects while completing tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to details
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written English and Thai
• Experience of acquisition marketing, email and search (both paid and natural) is essential.
