Category Manager role at Electrolux
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Define a competitive advantage for your category in line with the Product Line strategy and build a robust 5-year roadmap.
• Identify opportunities based on the market sizing for the category across each market.
• Identify and deliver consumer insights for the category working with Marketing & Markets.
• Develop strong propositions with unique selling points based on consumer insights to drive market share growth.
• Build a model catalogue for the category.
• Lead the product development steps along with project managers.
คุณสมบัติ
• 5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results.
• Proven ability to operate in a large, complex organization and maximize the value of strong brands.
• Sound commercial experience as business development/sales/channels and/or key account management or/and Marketing/Product Management closely supporting Sales force.
• Understanding of P&L management.
• Portfolio and Range Management.
