Head of Sales Operations - APMEA role at Electrolux

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop and prepare sales & demand forecasting and strategic planning within the sales organization. Establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Assist in the development rollout of sales tools and platforms, to improve sales team efficiency and commercial effectiveness.
• Communicate with Supply Chain about promotions, new products forecasts, and launch timing updates
• Facilitate weekly demand forecast aggregation, including consensus between functions and stakeholders
• Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand planning and S&OP, IBP, Customer Service, and order processes
• Work closely with Sales Leadership in identifying significant business risks and escalate to the leadership teams and influence key stakeholders to drive decisions and resolution to complex and difficult challenges resulting in win-win outcomes.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, and Supply Chain.
• 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
• Solid understanding of inventory management and S&OP process across the region.
• An analytical mind with strong attention to detail.
