Leading the category business unit in profitable growth together with the Product Line Head by creating outstanding consumer experiences.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Contribute to building the category strategy and execute it by identifying consumer and customer needs
• Lead the development of the long-term category roadmap
• Prioritize projects and drive the entire product development process with a multi-functional team
• Be the first point of call for Commercial Area (CA) teams for all matters relating to the category
• Drive business performance in the category

คุณสมบัติ

• 5-10 Years of experience in building a business and developing commercial results
• Understanding of P&L management
• Portfolio and Range Management
• Understanding of market’s consumer insights
• Commercial Agenda Drive and Commercial Execution
