• Develop portfolio strategy for short, mid, and long terms
• Analyze customer & market needs to identify gaps in the existing portfolio
• Ensure business success of RDI projects
• Coordinate portfolio life cycle analysis
• Collaborate with various teams for portfolio development and management
• Regularly assess and benchmark portfolio with market alternatives

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor in Veterinary, Animal Health, Science or Health
• 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in technical, commercial, and marketing fields
• Strong technical knowledge about animal health (monogastric - primarily poultry)
• Desired experiences in sales & marketing, international exposure, multicultural skills, leadership, teamwork, basic financial skills, and communication skills
