หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• รับผิดชอบงานจัดซื้อภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศทั้งระบบ
• ติดตาม ประสานงานทั้งหน่วยงานต่างๆ และกับ Suppliers เพื่อให้งานเสร็จสมบูรณ์
• วิเคราะห์ต้นทุน เจรจาต่อรองราคา ให้ได้ตามความต้องการ ทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ,ราคา, การจัดส่ง, การชำระเงิน และข้อตกลงทางการค้า
• จัดหา Suppliers รายใหม่ พร้อมต่อรองและเทียบราคา เพื่อให้ได้สินค้าและบริการที่เหมาะสมที่สุด
• รับผิดชอบแผนการจัดซื้อ วางแผน ประมาณการส่งของ ให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงานและกำหนดเวลา
• ประสานงานการนำเข้าสินค้าและดำเนินพิธีการทางศุลกากร กรณีสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากต่างประเทศ

คุณสมบัติ

• การศึกษาปริญญาตรี หรือ สูงกว่า ในคณะบริหารธุรกิจ หรือคณะอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปีในงานจัดซื้อ
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทางอีเมล์ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ซื่อสัตย์ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
