ExxonMobil is looking for a System Coordinator to provide support for credit card payment, fleet card payment, and loyalty systems for FVC retail business across Asia Pacific.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Provide system operation support for credit card payment system, fleet card payment system, and loyalty system for FVC retail business across countries in Asia Pacific
• Support credit card, loyalty, and payment system operations across platforms of application, web app, and mobile app
• Provide 24*7 on-call services for critical systems, work independently to identify the root cause of the issue, and work with various external technology service providers to maintain agreed SLAs
• Participate in relevant projects or initiatives to provide technical consultation, design solutions, and work with developers to implement solutions
• Develop UAT test cases and lead testers
• Take the lead internally on changes related to systems
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or IT related field
• Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
• Knowledge in web app, mobile app development, and Database preferred (HTTP protocol, JavaScript, RESTful, JSON, SQL)
• Knowledge in business process and technical aspects related to Payment and Loyalty advantageous
• Good knowledge of infrastructure, network, database concepts, data structure, system interfaces, programming concepts, UI/UX design, POS system, and Payment system support
