We are a member of Festo SE & Co KG. Germany one of the world leaders in Pneumatic and Industrial Automation Technology with operations in 61 countries including 200 service centers worldwide. We offer products and including technical consultation, system design, installation, service and training for various industries. We also offer educational training equipment in automation technology (hardware, software & teachware) for universities and institutions. Due to the rapid growth for our operations in Thailand, we urgently require high caliber person to fill in the following position.

Responsible for customers' development with an assigned customer portfolio, from customer acquisition to protect with the target to achieve a set sales target turnover, increase share of wallet and customers’ satisfaction.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Pro-active sales responsibility for development of a predefined customer portfolio
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
• Consultative selling of products through regular virtual visits, utilizing video/telephone or emails, to enrich turnover/market share
• Build trust and develop in-depth understanding of customer’s profile, applications, needs, and requirements.
• Achieve milestone targets with customers
• Engages in contract renewals, price negotiation, and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or in technical engineering
• Minimum 3 years in sales with industrial automation or relevant business especially in Food and Packaging industry
• Good command in English
• Good in computer skills such as Microsoft office, SAP, internal Sales platforms
• Strong performance and problem-solving orientation
