The Quality Engineer (In-Process) is responsible for ensuring quality controls, managing corrective actions, and developing standards for in-process products.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ

• Develop quality standard for the organization’s in-process products and finished or innovative measure, test, sampling method and other procedures that ensure these standards are met.
• Work with Product development team to ensure Relocation Project & New Production Introduction on Site comply to engineering’s requirement.
• Lead to complete Part Approval Process Complete per company requirement.
• Ensure real time feedback quality issue to relevant function when Quality in-process found.
• Drive cross functional team to reduce variation by use SPC tool improve Cp and Cpk each process per specific requirement.
• Ensure Warranty Claim Reduction as company requirement.

คุณสมบัติ

• Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering and Science in related field.
• Have experience 5 years in Quality department and experience of ISO 9000 / TS16949 systems and internal audit.
• Manufacturing background, preferably in similar appliance/automotive industry.
• English listening , writing and speaking in communication level.
• Data Analysis & Reporting in English.
