Field Service Engineer responsible for quality and uptime service improvement, technical communication, rapid hubs escalation process, and supporting dealerships and regional team members.
หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
• Daily monitor all pending cases under Technical VORs status and provide support and fix customer concern vehicles.
• Proactively work with dealer technicians to provide technical assistance support for high aging VORs cases.
• Support quality improvement process with technical data and investigation results.
• Attend daily new Emerging Issue meeting to share updates and escalate new issues.
• Handle requests for vehicle repair assistance and non-repair technical support.
• Motivate dealers to expand repair capability and manage Ford Dealership to ensure technicians attend training.
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in Automotive Industry in the areas of Quality and Engineering processes.
• Good communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Computer literacy (Data analysis and MS PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
